Is Stealth appropriate for children?
For the most part Stealth should be considered to carry a PG-13 rating although most of the newer material could possibly carry a PG rating. Basically, a parent who allows their child to watch one of the Transformers movies should have no problems letting their child read this comic. However, in order to help parents make as informed a decision as possible on whether the comic is appropriate for their child, I’ve provided some notes regarding its content:

Violence: This is a superhero comic and as such, there are healthy doses of cartoon violence. There’s just no getting around that.

Language: While the earlier comics in the archives feature occasional use of strong language no worse than what you might find in a PG-13 movie, newer material has been purposely tamed down a bit. While I can’t promise there still won’t be an occasional swear word anymore (again, nothing stronger than what you could hear in a PG-13 movie), there is a definite effort made to avoid such language.

Sex: There may be occasional references to sexual activities and innuendo but nothing that could be considered over the top or offensive. There is absolutely no nudity in this comic at all nor any explicit sexual content.

Alcohol use by minors: There may be implied references to alcohol use by underage characters in this comic but nothing that could be considered over the top or offensive or done in a manner that could be considered to glamorize such behavior. This comic features a teen protagonist and most of the supporting characters are teenagers, as teenagers sometimes engage in behavior that they shouldn’t there will be times where that behavior is shown within the comic.

Is Stealth the only hero in your comic universe or are there others?- Lavaras Tucker
There are other heroes in Stealth’s world and he will be coming into contact with a number of them eventually.

What are some of the influences you drew from when imagining and designing Stealth?- Devin “TheFlash” Johnson
As far as influences go, definitely my three favorite comic book characters growing up- Spider-Man, Daredevil and Batman as well as the books I that helped rekindle my interest in comics back in the mid-to-late 90’s- mainly Top Cow’s Witchblade and the Darkness among others. Basically, I created Stealth to be the kind of comic I would most want to read so naturally I was mostly influenced by things that I liked. Visually, I’ve always felt a good simple design can be the most distinctive so that’s how I came up with the idea of an all black costume- plus, I’ve never liked the idea of a superspeedster type character running around in a bright costume so my initial idea was to try to play up the “Stealth” angle as much as possible.
